Short Biography

Charlotte qualified as a Dental Hygienist and Therapist from King’s College Hospital, London, in 2013 and has over a decade of experience helping patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health. Passionate about prevention, Charlotte focuses on patient education, gentle care, and empowering patients to develop healthy habits that support lifelong dental wellbeing.

Having worked in a variety of NHS, private, and specialist referral practices across Kent, including alongside periodontal specialists, Charlotte brings a wealth of clinical experience to The Grove Clinic. She is particularly skilled at putting nervous patients at ease and enjoys caring for both adults and children in a calm, friendly, and supportive environment.

At The Grove Clinic, Charlotte provides hygiene appointments using the advanced EMS Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) system. GBT is a modern, minimally invasive approach to dental hygiene that uses warm water, gentle airflow, and fine powder technology to comfortably remove plaque, stains, and harmful biofilm. The treatment is highly effective, kinder to teeth and gums than traditional scaling methods, and delivers a thorough clean while maximising patient comfort.

Charlotte shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, personalised care and helping every patient feel comfortable, confident, and proud of their smile.
